Slow granola

4 c rolled oats

1 c chopped pecans

1 c coconut chips

1/2 c sliced almonds 

1/2 c coconut oil, melted

1/4 c brown sugar 


A dash of salt

Mix well in slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours with the lid ajar, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool completely before storing.
